Job description
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
A specialist in candidate generation and attraction, screening and relationship management. Working to develop candidates for approved positions and also to develop talent pools for future needs. The end goal is that the EMEA Recruiting function pipeline of candidates is 3x Qualified (Available, Affordable and Skill set qualified).
Position will be an intial 12 month contract.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Understand SAP business model, organisation, strategy and drivers.
Understand the Recruiting Service Delivery Model, and MPPT.
Understand the Sourcing Strategy, Model and Channel Options.
Develop a clear understanding of the Candidate Requirements
Advise on the most appropriate sourcing strategy
Activate and manage the sourcing strategy,
Identify the best candidates (source/pitch
Prescreen the candidates
Ensure they are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at SAP (relationship management/ brand/employee value proposition).
Continually evaluate and adapt sourcing strategy / plan so that improvement / efficiencies are gained.
Ensure that you continuosly improve your skills and knowledge of sourcing technologies, channels, pre-screening and candidate relationship management.
Desired Skills and Experience
WORK EXPERIENCE
3+/5+/7+ years experience in Recruiting and Sourcing
Knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions.
Proven ability in candidate sourcing, selection, candidate relationship management
Good knowledge of Recruitment Sourcing, passive and active candidate channels
Proven ability to utilize Internet search techniques [ex: boolean, x-ray, flip] across multiple search engine platforms
Proven ability to utilize job boards and leverage Social Networking tools and sites (Ex: Xing, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, FaceBook) to identify and engage passive candidates.
Proven ability to directly source/engage potential candidates via telephone and electronically to effectively communicate the SAP employee value proposition and generate interest in our company as an employer of choice.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Degree Level Education.
Business English required, other languages an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage demanding workload and competing priorities
